As the world responds to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we at Rocco prosthetic and orthotic center remain focused on protecting the health and safety of our employees, clinical customers, prosthetic patients, and communities around the country.
Our hope is to be of continued services to our patients and this community. We will be doing our part to limit and lessen exposure and possible contaminates.
Since our services are hands-on and close proximity interactions, we must be conscious of precautions laid out by the relevant medical professionals.
For those patients in immediate need, we are happy to see you. However, as stated, if you have any flu like symptoms, please consult with us on accommodations and pre-appointment preparations.
To that end, we are requesting our patients’ cooperation and understanding in being self-aware of your and our situation.
Some additional suggestions:
- Limit the number of people attending your appointment.
- Where applicable, have your transportation individual remain in the vehicle.
- Bring any self-protective supplies available with you…i.e. gloves, face masks, etc.
